Case study

After 75 years supporting women in and beyond prison, Hope Network had powerful stories but no structured evidence base.
I worked with them to build their Theory of Change and deliver a full impact evaluation. The result was $3.4 million in new funding, including the first-ever government grant and a shift from being seen as "a little community group" to a credible agency with a seat at the table in system-shaping initiatives.
